The brilliant FBI Chefs School in Joburg has full and part time courses that will have you beating and baking and basting like a pro. Students follow national and international programmes under the guidance of chef Nicolas van der Walt and his team of experienced lecturers.
This school (registered with the relevant local and international authorities) offers various programmes, with graduates working at and running kitchens here and abroad.
