A vibrant colour of pale straw with a green hue, this wine, from the environmentally-responsible estate that has a firm commitment to conservation, is matured in French oak barrels to emphasize depth of flavour and will pair well with servings of herb-crusted goat’s cheese, oyster mushrooms and southeast Asian-inspired dishes, while vegetarians should try it with wild mushroom risotto or mustard and honey-glazed carrots.
