Moringa iced tea
– Dried Moringa Leaves
– Warm Water
- Measure out the quantity of dried leaves that you would like to make a pot of tea, depending on strength and add hot water.
- After about five minutes of steeping, add the lemon slices and ginger wedges.
- Drain the tea and sweeten with honey to taste.
- Pour into a glass, add ice cubes and garnish with a slice of lemon and fresh Mint leaves.
- You can make this in large quantities and chill.
