Moringa iced tea

A delicious ice drink that will keep you cool and is good for your health.

Ingredients:
– Dried Moringa Leaves
– Lemon
– Ginger
– Honey
– Warm Water

Method:

  1. Measure out the quantity of dried leaves that you would like to make a pot of tea, depending on strength and add hot water.
  2. After about five minutes of steeping, add the lemon slices and ginger wedges.
  3. Drain the tea and sweeten with honey to taste.
  4. Pour into a glass, add ice cubes and garnish with a slice of lemon and fresh Mint leaves.
  5. You can make this in large quantities and chill.
