Rush Greenstone gives back to celebrate its first birthday
This act of kindness is at the core of what the entertainment centre’s owners are all about.
The morning of November 28 started with a thousand sandwiches and drinks, fruits and sweeties, three busses filled with enthusiastic staff and one mission, to impact a life. The busses drove along Edenvale and the surrounding areas, handing out the prepacked meals to homeless individuals, labourers waiting for work, impoverished living areas and more. The day ended in Kempton Park where the homeless gathered to collect packs.
The team also visited MES Kempton Park to deliver food parcels and for a tour of the home. The home offers overnight accommodation to the poor, homeless and unemployed community in the inner city of Kempton Park.
This day would not have been possible if it was not for the support all customers have shown. The establishment thanks the public for the year’s jumps, smiles and fun.
